exhausted

i am tired…exhausted… but the Lord says in Isaiah 40:30-31

30Even youths grow tired and weary,
       and young men stumble and fall;

 31 but those who hope in the LORD
       will renew their strength.
       They will soar on wings like eagles;
       they will run and not grow weary,
       they will walk and not be faint

the picture cute? i’m not a cat person. i’m more of a dog person! i love dogs…anyway…i think i wont be really writing much as my final paper is coming up on Friday and I really need to get myself together to study.

after exam today, i got home by 11.30, changed into my home clothes and went to sleep! At that moment…my stats were all RED or negetive. No mood at all, hungry, sleepy, tired…all i wanted to do is sleep. She said she was hungry…but she wanted to sleep too….later in the middle of my sleep, i heard her waking up and make mee to eat. haha..at that time, i was hungry to the max…even felt like gastric pain…but too tired to be bothered…and went back to sleep.

It was because last night, I slept late…1am…yea, some of you out there might laugh…1am is not late!! aha…but for me, it is. I remember some of my classmates used to study til 3am in the morning for a bio or physic test..or sejarah..back in school. I never sleep past midnight! Anyway…then not only that I slept around 1 something…i had to wake up by 5.30. Just aorund 5 hours of sleep! Dont tell me that is just nice! for the past 2 weeks i have been indulging myself in 10 hours sleep. So, sudden cut of my sleeping hours  results in fatigue.

I know, i know, i should change - sleep less, study more! Got it!! Starting tomorrow, it’s going to be coffee, study, coffee, study, coffee, study. Coffee has caffein which is a central nervous system stimulator meaning it helps with staying up and memory…of coz to a certain extend only!

so for the next 5 days, it’ll be intensive reading on…

the throat

after that i’ll be off to Zurich, London and Disneyland (paris).

God’s mercy and love is new everday. I might seem to have run out today…but tmr it’ll be new!!!
