a new look

as you can see, i’ve changed the theme and title of my blog to –> Eternity.

hence, the title of the blog, Eternity. Honestly, is it lame? OK, I know poeple dont jsut change their blog name because it is their identity. hhm….well, I need a fresh start, that’s my reason!

Alot of changes has to be made, my PR has dropped to 0, therefore, i decided to take this opportunity to change the look of the blog.

Orange, my second favourite colour after green, so, there i have it, an orange layout! OK, maybe if i get bored, i will change the templates. it’s so as easy as you think because internet is expensive so, changing templates takes time and effort and money! but honestly, i do think that this template is a bit lame..maybe i will change it soon! ahaha…meanwhile, continue to support me! kekekeke

More updates? well, this week I’ll be having Gynaecology cycle. One week and yes, I will need to do patient clerking too. This will be second semester of gynaecology. Exciting!!

S - S – Spirit of Sacrifice

Having a spirit of sacrifice begins from the spirit or heart. It is being selfless.
A sacrificial heart does things out of love and not obligation. It is moving out of the required zone into the sacrificial zone.

It is doing things above what is required.

It all begins with love. When you love someone, parents, kids, spouse, friends, you are willing to go the extra mile just to put a smile on their face. Many times we say we love God but how far do we want to go for God. Having a heart that goes after what God wants for us…wanting to be part of His perfect will, it has a price to pay, and how much are we willing to give up?

I’m not old but I am thankful that I come to know that God is not in the business of taking away things from us. God only adds to us. Everything GOOD comes from God, and God adds to us.

Prov 10:22 NKJV
The blessing of the LORD makes one rich,
And He adds no sorrow with it.

A lot of time, we think that, if we want to do God’s will, or walk in His ways for us, we got to give up a lot of things that give us pleasures. And serving God is no fun at all because we got to give up the fun.
Well, I am here to tell you it is NOT true at all! In fact, the things that God wants us to give up all the time are actually junks in our lives. Everything that God has for us or planned for us is the BEST. And if we don’t accept that, we are just settling for something less. This is a whole other sermon.

Ask the Holy Spirit to scan your life, search your heart.

Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me,
And lead me in the way everlasting

Check today, if there is anything you should give up, sacrifice. Because God has something perfect for you!
