2nd injury of the week

the second injury after the CRUSHED. Oh dear…it’s more painful then the first one. This time, my right index finger! All thanks to –> cutting garlics!

I was just telling a dear friend on the day my feet got crushed because she was saying that she always cut herself when she’s cutting vege. I told her, u need to bend you fingers as you cut the garlic, or veges to make sure the blade dont cut your own flesh. The I was telling her proudly how Jamie Oliver cuts! ahaha..

Guess what - i cut myself today, while cutting the garlic….careless me. I was talking and not paying attention when cutting the garlics…snap snap, gone! Whole part of the nail was gone. OK, not whole, just the tip…and i could see the nail bed!  

Scary, isnt it? Cant believe it looks so deep. OK, maybe it’s not as scary as my crushed toe, but it is more painful and definately caused more trouble. I cant wash my hair, cant put in my contacts, can even type without feeling the pain. I can feel the trobbing pain every seconds. But it has subsided since I prayed over it. Now, it just feels irritated when something touches the bare nailbed.

I do hope part of the nail or the flesh didnt drop into the garlics and was cooked along the meal! ahaha..it would be really cute…i didnt dare to say but my cooking mate said ‘no, eh…dont scare me’…then i didnt dare to say more, there is a high chance of it being in the sliced garlics! ahaha….ssshhhh
