Well, today is my last day in Miri and I’ll be flying off tmr! Alot of things to finalize…luggage to pack, things to buy…then need to weigh my bags so that it’s not over weight. Then I’ll be missing alot of things - of course first thing is FAMILY , my home, the dogs, food and surely i’ll be missing the US Open.
** UPDATE - Federer wins 6-3, 6-0, 6-3. He’ll be playing against T. Alves next.

The end of my holiday means the beginning of a new semester! And for sure, there is the time when the end of the semester will come. 
Ok, I know, its childish yet it’s the truth…

I’m back, for a while, feeling a bit pre-depressed 
Well, it’s because I have another 2 weeks to go! Less than that, actually. *sigh* It’s inevitable, so I just got to accept it. It’s going to be more than 10 months, this time when I’m gone, it’s going to be 11 months till I come back!
Anyway, last night, a great thing happened! Federer and Wawrinka won a gold for Swiss in Tennis Men Double! Yay!! So happie…
I feel like it’s a dream! Less than 48 hours ago, Federer lost to James Blake in the men single event and it was devastating. who would imagine that they would win the Bryan/Bryan brothers and move into Finals and finally Gold medal!!

fruitful day
today must have been one of the most fruitful day since i arrived in KL. not that other days werent as good but considering that my feet got blisters…i suppose it’s due to walking and more walking! ouch!!
First stop was Suria KLCC…lunch with old friend. Wished there was more time….anyway, we went to eat in Kim Gary Beyond, not bad, just the fact that there were lots of people because it was lunch hour! gee…realised i have signs that i dont like crowds!
Before that, went to the bookstore - Kinokuniya and saw lots of Breaking Dawn books! It’s the last book for the Twilight Saga. Just released yesterday (aug 4th) . Honestly I wish Veep is not flying away so soon so I can get her this book! Nvm! I think you can get it in the airport bookstore! I need to read the second book - New Moon, then the third - Eclipse and then this last book - breaking dawn!
Next - went to Berjaya Times Square…wanted to get mommy a new pairs of Hush Puppies shoes but couldn’t find the right one…then walked over to Low Yat Plaza. The main purpose was to survey the price for a new dSLR but ended buying a new laptop!! Yes…BOUGHT a new laptop - Toshiba Satellite L310. But sadly, it’s not for me - got to for lil’ sis!! :biggrin:
Tomorrow, plan to have another fruitful day! Going to watch movies!!!!! Red Cliff and Dark Knight! kekekeke….

Ok, I’m in KL now…not really going anywhere…last night was in Passion Concert!!! Will blog more about it next time when I get the pictures! It was awesome! :biggrin:
Anyway - found out some of my friends are back in Miri - yay!! We’re gonna have a ‘grand dinner!’ in the nearest time! Can’t wait…hope it’s not going to be awkward! I mean, I’ve not met some of them in years!
Well, I cant remember if i blogged about this book I read - Twilight! Actually Veep asked me to read, ok, she didnt but she was so excited about it and I didnt have anything to do when I was in London so I decided to try read a book. I borrowed it back to Msia and read it during my flight back. It wasn’t the type of book I’ll choose to read but it is interesting and guess what? The movie is coming out end of this year - Twilight The Movie! haha….
Just a few days ago, she showed me the trailer and it was so exciting. I didnt regret reading the book because now that I watch the movie, it feels like all the action is coming to life. I’ve hardly read abook and watch the movie. Normally between a book and a movie, I’ll choose to watch instead of read. But this time after reading it, I feel kinda proud - in a way - ahaha…so, yea, I am looking forward to the movie and hopefully it’s as nice as the book!
