heheh, actually, not idle..just lazy to blog…plus cousins aren’t around so practically nothing much to do, just stay in the house, watch lots of tennis!

Last week’s Roger ATP Master Cup was a BIG disappointment coz Federer lost in his first play against a wild card, Simon! And Nadal won the title and now is just 300 points behind the World No. 1.

Then this week the Cincinnati Master Cup sponsore by Western & Southern Financial Group is on! The time difference is 11 hours which means if I am to watch, need to wake up early in the morning or stay up late! Supposed to wake up at 4am this morning to watch Federer play…but failed!

Anyway, been watching some series - When Dog Loves Cat (當狗愛上貓). But only till episode 6. I saw the previews in Channel 302 and it does look like a very relax series so decided to download and watch!

Just found out that you can watch Episode 1-5 of Moonlight Resonance (家好月圓),in Astro Channel 931 and 932 for free! Great line of casts! It is known to be an indirect sequel from Heart of Greed but this time, all the actors and actresses has different characters and story line. Instead of selling abalone, they are making mooncake! Definatley worth watching….

Next, looking forward to this Sunday’s Passion World Tour In KL!!! Speakers - Chris Tomlin, Louie Giglio and Charlie Hall.

Thorpe Park

Ok, this is the long awaited post that should have been posted a month ago! I was so lazy…no excuses…should have blog abt it the day itself but we leaving UK the next day, then the something wrong with internet which makes it impossible to upload and finally after a few weeks, here it is! My trip to Thorpe Park, UK. One of the most thrilling and fun theme park in whole Europe! They have the scariest ride…

I do hope to play most of these rides and theme parks before my heart cant handle it. Even when I was playing these, my heart was beating so fast and it feels so great…when I close my eyes after those rides, I can feel the speed and the drop…wah..super!!!

This is Veep and me, taking train to Thorpe Park. It was about an hour ride? Haha, very nice trains!

The rides :

Stealth - the highest, fastest ride, super!! When u’re going up, u feel like u’re shooting up the sky and when u’re going down, it feels as if u’re plunging down…but it’s so fast, less than 30 sec. But the queue nearly up to 2 hours!

This is Nemesis Inferno, a roller coaster ride - ur legs are actually hanging…super! But my fav is Stealth. This is fun too!!! When us go 360 degree it’s so fast that it’s really indescribable!

Free fall - cant remember what it’s called! Not as nice because it only one fall. But once I’m up there, i really wanted to get out because it’s so HIGH!!! And I could see the sea/river? Anyway…when it drops, it’s so fast that u actually can’t feel it. Sherp (cousin) went on a free fall in Ocean Park which is double the height and more than one fall - that I must go!

Cousins 13 Gathering!

Yay! One of the best gathering!!! Got the pics from Ofhopeandlove.com. Had a great time with them even tho I would be considered as a dampener or someone who loves to sleep by them. But the fact is mainlly because my energy drain out easily and normally by the end of the day, it’s all gone, that’s why I become so sleepy before the night sets in. I feel bad about it but I’m trying hard not to spoil everyone’s mood. So, if I did, I’m SORRY!!! I love you all!!

Playing The Sims 2.

The last time i played was when I was in form 5….about 5 years ago. I was crazy playing The Sims. Day and night playing the game, downloading skins, furnitures and making the character perfect. This time when veep came back, she had The Sims 2 in her comp so I tried it out. Most of the things are same, like the way u build your house, only you have more stuff to do, like when you create the character, you can actually change their face to your preference. You can even make yourself!!! I saw a pair of eyes that were like Federer’s…creepy! Then while playing, I realised lots of new features like you need to make sure the desires and wants of the sim is met. And lots of new actions like the sim would actually become pregnant and labour and deliver. During the days I played, the baby just pop up, no pregnancy! Amazing how the game has evolved!

But just once, with sisters and veep! Later today will be playing! I’m not good in tennis but I believe I can be good! ahahha…it’s never too late to learn, right? But I must say, my youngest sis, meepit, is really good… ahahha…
As for me, , I’ve learnt a few good tips…cant wait to go to the court to play later!

they’re here!

yay!!! one of the most complete gathering of the WGTG!!!! only 2 MIA which is one from Group A and another from Group B. So far, we had bday surprises, BBQ, breakfasts, dinners and outings together. Despite the hot weather in Msia, I’m sure everyone is enjoying it very much!!! Even tho this gathering isnt going to be long as not many people can actually make it due to work, studies and so on, it’s still great because family will always be family.

The highlight this time is the bday surprise for Sherp! I enjoyed planning for it and I am sure the rest of the cousins enjoyed it too! And I’m glad she’s surprised by us!

mind game

I repent!! A few post ago, I said I hated wimbledon…totally regretted it! After a few days at home, spending time with the few tennis freaks, it has changed me too! In just less than one week, I’ve learnt so much ‘theory’ about tennis. From the game itself to the players, their history, matches, background.

It was the greatest event last night!

Last night it was the Gentlemen’s Final for Wimbledon 2008 - Federer against Nadal. It was the game of the century! aha…to me,it’s really the only game that makes my heart beat faster and stronger (palpitation). I was accompanying Xuan last night to follow the scores for this match.

It was so close, Nadal won 2 sets and another set, he’ll win Wimbledon. Federer was champion for the past 5 years and there were so many speculations that he wont win because no one has ever won more than 5 times. The game was on and off due to rain and we followed it thru…the scores, yea you heard me, following the scores, not watching the game coz no astro and internet was slow. Not watching the match already gives me palpitation. I have no idea if I watch it, I might get fibrilation or something…ahaha…

For those that follows this, or at least reads the paper, will know that Nadal dethrones Fed with a very close match 4-6, 4-6, 7-6, 7-6, 7-9. OMG!!!!!

Alot was very disappointed but after following the final, it made me realises something, Fed only lose to the game, but throughout the game, he did not give up and that was the best! He pushed on till the last minute, picking up when everyone thinks it’s over, he proved that he is still a great player! I hope he’ll do well in US Open!

arrived on 3rd in LCCT. The flight was packed, full flight from Miri. Wow, first time I saw so many people on board of Air Asia, ok well, it’s second time because on Monday my flight from Kuching is full too. And when I took Mas just the morning, it was empty…maybe 20 people max. I really think that Air Asia is having good business.

Back to my location - Kuala Lumpur. I have been spending alot of time in….

Mid valley MegaMall. Did lots of shopping…haha *blush*

I did go to LowYat Plaza today - surveying for my HTC Touch Pro but apparently they have no idea when it will be released! Oh NO!!!! So I guess the next time I am around, I will get it..hopefully! kekeke

I really want to post about my trip to Thorpe Park in London. It was so fun….so thrilling!! I got great pictures..not many but really great ones…it’s worth it..even tho it cost me lots of $$ (pounds).

Plans for tmr - DUMC. Will be my first time there…i dont know what to expect…

howdy!

reporting after being MIA for a few days! Went to British Museum, it was great but tiring because the museum was so BIG. So many historical stuff like vase and stones and so on. Rabun look at so many things.

Then wanted to go and watch the All England Lawn Tennis Tournament or better known to be Wimbledon. But was lost and didnt have the tickets so, ended up walking around Southfields and bought some gifts for the tennis freaks! they have been bugging me to get this and that, go there to watch….dont even know how hard it is to get there and how expensive, went there and nothing!! Anway, got the lanyard and keychain and visor. one for each!

tomorrow going to Oxford Street and eat duck! Ahaha…a few people had told me that I must go to this shop to eat! and I did - it was great!! the meat is so soft..yummy, going to bring the rest of the comrades to go eat tomorrow!
