All the way my Saviour leads me
Not sure if this is auto play but it’s a beautiful song by Chris Tomlin - All the way my Savior leads me. Ok, I’ve checked it does not auto play, so do take a few minute to relax and listen to this song.. It’ll bless your heart!!
All the way my Savior leads me
Who have I to ask beside
How could I doubt His tender mercy
Who through life has been my guide
All the way my Savior leads me
Cheers each winding path I tread
Gives me grace for every trial
Feeds me with the living Bread
[Chorus:]
You lead me and keep me from falling
You carry me close to Your heart
And surely Your goodness and mercy will follow me
All the way my Savior leads me
O, the fullness of His love
O, the sureness of His promise
In the triumph of His blood
And when my spirit clothed immortal
Wings its flight to realms of day
This my song through endless ages
Jesus led me all the way
Jesus led me all the way
All the way my Savior leads me

ouch, it’s been nearly a week since I blogged. I cant say I am very busy, just very tired, exhausted, worn out. Time flies so fast, it’s friday! Another week is gone. This time, Friday isnt the last day of class, I suppose there are classes tomorrow.
Currently having Obstetric. It’s fun studying Obs…but I miss Surgery. Had 3 and half weeks of Surgery and Obst is also 3and half weeks. It’s been nearly one month back here….time flies, that’s all I can say. Lots of great things I’ve learnt during the Surgical cycle. Saw a few types of operations - appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia and some procedures. Really enjoyed every moment of it!

Now, I’m listening to Chris Tomlin songs…really nice. I’m looking forward to get his latest album - Hello Love. For those that does not know who this is, well, I could intro some of my favourite songs - Amazing Grace, How Great is our God and I’m Forgiven. Of course there are so many more, but these are some of my favourite.

BTW, I cut my nails, second time this has happened. Ok, it’s not as simple as cutting your finger nails, it’s an accident, while I was peeling the potatoes…ouch…it’s 12.30am now, better get back studying!

still having break
dear readers!
I’m back, for a while, feeling a bit pre-depressed
Well, it’s because I have another 2 weeks to go! Less than that, actually. *sigh* It’s inevitable, so I just got to accept it. It’s going to be more than 10 months, this time when I’m gone, it’s going to be 11 months till I come back!

Anyway, last night, a great thing happened! Federer and Wawrinka won a gold for Swiss in Tennis Men Double! Yay!! So happie…

I feel like it’s a dream! Less than 48 hours ago, Federer lost to James Blake in the men single event and it was devastating. who would imagine that they would win the Bryan/Bryan brothers and move into Finals and finally Gold medal!!

Gold medalists Roger Federer (3rd L) and Stanislas Wawrinka (3rd R) of Switzerland, Silver medalists Simon Aspelin (L) and Thomas Johansson (2nd L) from Sweden, and Bronze medalists Bob and Mike Bryan of US pose for pictures after competing in the men’s double’s tennis competition at the Olympic Greene Tennis Centre in Beijing on August 16, 2008
I am not sure but i think Astro didnt show the Victory Ceremony, but praise God my sister found it in youtube! Hehe…
Ok, another video - For those that don’t know, the first girl that comes up in the video is Mirka, Roger Federer’s girlfriend!
It’s really an entertaining match! Something worth watching, so for thoseg out there who missed it, and know where to download, please let me know. I would like to download to watch it again! ![]()
wedding

This morning, went to my friend’s sister’s wedding. It’s a chinese custom wedding, something I’ve never been too. So, my friend invited me to view. I called her last night and she told me to come at 630am. 630?!!!! Then she said maybe 7 also can. Oh well, I got ready and went there before 7. A lot of relatives and friends and her sister, Lu Ing, is very pretty. My first time seeing a bride so close up! It was so exciting to see the bride’s friends playing ‘tricks’ on the guys. Then we went over to the guy’s house for a while to watch the tea ceremony. Later my friend and I returned to her house and I walked back home.

Tonight is the wedding banquet. Yay! I am invited. Hah..actually my parents were the one invited but because we were good family friend, so I could attend too! Yay!!
Was watching TV and there was this interview with Andy Lau and he mentioned about Fed and Nadal’s game. He even said that he hope Fed will win the Olympics tennis! *me too!*

mind game
I repent!! A few post ago, I said I hated wimbledon…totally regretted it! After a few days at home, spending time with the few tennis freaks, it has changed me too! In just less than one week, I’ve learnt so much ‘theory’ about tennis. From the game itself to the players, their history, matches, background.
It was the greatest event last night!
Last night it was the Gentlemen’s Final for Wimbledon 2008 - Federer against Nadal. It was the game of the century! aha…to me,it’s really the only game that makes my heart beat faster and stronger (palpitation). I was accompanying Xuan last night to follow the scores for this match.
It was so close, Nadal won 2 sets and another set, he’ll win Wimbledon. Federer was champion for the past 5 years and there were so many speculations that he wont win because no one has ever won more than 5 times. The game was on and off due to rain and we followed it thru…the scores, yea you heard me, following the scores, not watching the game coz no astro and internet was slow. Not watching the match already gives me palpitation. I have no idea if I watch it, I might get fibrilation or something…ahaha…

For those that follows this, or at least reads the paper, will know that Nadal dethrones Fed with a very close match 4-6, 4-6, 7-6, 7-6, 7-9. OMG!!!!!
Alot was very disappointed but after following the final, it made me realises something, Fed only lose to the game, but throughout the game, he did not give up and that was the best! He pushed on till the last minute, picking up when everyone thinks it’s over, he proved that he is still a great player! I hope he’ll do well in US Open! ![]()
reporting
